Disclosure and Event Rules: *
Set-up information will be available soon. The cost of this event is $50 and the event time is from 1 PM - 5 PM. Due to the nature of this fundraiser, your $50 booth fee is non-refundable. All vendors are welcome to donate portions of their proceeds to this cause, but it is not required. * I agree to help keep and maintain venue grounds, practicing all safety rules, particularly fire safety. * I understand that I should bring all needed display props, that I find necessary for my exhibit. * If for any cause whatsoever it becomes impossible, including inclement weather, to have the show, I understand this agreement is terminated and I will waive any and all claims for damages. * No vaping or smoking on the premises of this event!! * No pets allowed * Please remain at your booth for the entire event duration * Be respectful of the other vendors * Please have your booth broken down and cleaned up within an hour of the end of the event. * Please do not bring your children unless they are of an age where they can help.

By participating in this event at Poquoson High School, I understand that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk. I agree to release and hold harmless Poquoson High School and Sibyl Smith Enterprises, LLC, along with their officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and event organizers, from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in this event. This includes any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while attending or participating in event activities. By signing up, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this release and agree to its terms.
